We are immediately hiring a dedicated and physically active Production Worker (Palletizer) to join our newly designated "B Team" pipeline. Operating in a vital end-of-line capacity, this position ensures all completed containers and products are systematically organized, secured, and prepared for high-volume transport. This specialized team alternative offers an optimal schedule for individuals looking to bypass traditional night shifts while maintaining dynamic, full-time production hours.
Key Responsibilities Palletization & Staging:

Line Operations:
Directly support the core production line by filling, sealing, and precisely applying labels to containers prior to final palletization stages.

Safely wrap, secure, and log finished pallet loads to guarantee zero product shifting or transit defects during distribution center delivery.
Material Logistics:
Perform general labor and material handling tasks, utilizing pallet jacks and manual movement to keep line workflows clear and continuous.
Workplace Safety:
Strictly observe facility safety protocols, maintaining clean, organized, and debris-free packing zones to mitigate industrial hazards.
Team Adaptability:
Maintain a collaborative attitude, cross-training across general labor disciplines to assist team members during localized order surges.
Requirements & Physical Demands Experience:
Previous industrial experience in warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or freight handling is preferred. Experience with rapid manual palletizing is a plus.
Physical Stamina:
Proven capability to stand, walk, and twist continuously across a 10.5-hour production shift, with the consistent physical capacity to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Shift Flexibility:
Commitment to the current 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM operational window, with the flexibility to adapt to minor shift expansions or adjustments based on incoming customer orders.
Dependability:
Exemplary punctuality and an established history of reliable workplace attendance are critical criteria for this essential production role.
Coachability:
A positive, professional demeanor with a strong willingness to learn new processing tasks and apply standard operating updates quickly. #34
