Job Description

Shift:
5am-5pm (Monday - Thursday, some mandatory OT on Friday.) Position Summary The Belt Loader is responsible for loading, unloading, and handling parts and materials on conveyor systems to support production operations. This role requires maintaining quality standards, following established procedures, and practicing safe work habits to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Load and unload parts onto conveyor belts or material handling systems. Ensure proper part orientation and spacing to maintain production flow. Monitor conveyor movement to prevent jams or disruptions. Visually inspect parts for obvious defects or irregularities. Maintain established production efficiencies and workflow standards. Promptly report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards. Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures. Assist operators and team members as needed to meet production goals. Complete required documentation and data tracking as assigned. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Strong reliability and work ethic. Basic math and communication skills.

From $18.00 per hour
