Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates with our client in Manchester, VT. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will operate rod manufacturing equipment, prepare, assemble, and finish rodponents, and install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides. Other responsibilities include ensuring products meet quality standards, following specifications, and meeting daily production goals, while also supporting additional production tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with hand tools or craftsmanship-related work; manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions,plete tasks accurately, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday and safely lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
Available Shift:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Details:
$18.00 per hour
