• Coat at Insight Global in Colchester, Vermont, United States Job Description Job Description This is an entry-level production role with no prior experience required where you will prepare parts for the coating process while following all production, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts for defects, cleaning and drying interior and exterior surfaces, hanging parts on an overhead trolley system, communicating issues to the supervisor or lead, following all OSHA and environmental requirements, learning and expanding skills in the role, and completing other tasks as assigned. 1 1st shift 5:00am-3:30pm M-F 1 2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am M-F 15% differential for 2nd shift All 2nd shift candidates must be able to work on 1st shift for the first 4-8 weeks for training before moving to 2nd shift We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
