Operator - Prep

at Insight Global in Colchester, Vermont, United States Job Description Job Description In this role, you will prepare parts for the coating process by visually inspecting them for defects, cleaning and drying interior and exterior surfaces, and hanging parts onto an overhead trolley system. You'll communicate any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or team lead, follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines (including OSHA ), and support the team with additional tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow their skills in a manufacturing setting. 2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am M-F 15% differential for 2nd shift All 2nd shift candidates must be available to work 1st shift for the first 4-8 weeks for training and then move to 2nd shift.
