Production Operator E1 Shift
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:50am
  • 7:00pm E2 Shift
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:50am
  • 7:00pm E3 Shift
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:50pm
  • 7:00am Autumn Harp provides premium service and creative solutions in product development and manufacturing of products for the beauty and personal care industry.
Our OTC licensed facility provides support for our clients who range from major global corporations to independent brands. Production Operators tend filling and packaging lines utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, productivity and teamwork standards. Responsibilities include:
Works at various production stations on manufacturing lines Reads, understands, and follows product specification sheets Starts machines and observes operations to detect malfunctions of machine Stops machines and reports malfunction accordingly Inspects filled containers and checks them against physical standards to ensure that the finished product is packaged according to specifications Feeds product to conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices, and unloads packaged product Climbs steps and ladders to check on fill level of vats or to fill hoppers Support Operational Excellence program by performing audits Replenishes packaging supplies such as shrink-wrapping, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, and labels Mounts supplies on spindles or places supplied in hopper or other feeding devices Prints and applies information on container such as lot number or shipping destination Maintains and adheres to all safety rules and reports safety issues Minimum requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Quality-minded with a strong attention to detail General computer proficiency Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues as they arise Basic reading and math skills Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, walk/stand for 12 hours/day, and able to perform exacting tasks by hand Willing to be a positive team member The most important attribute for working successfully at Autumn Harp is the ability to work harmoniously with other people, specifically to create a positive work environment.
