Job Description

Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to Plant Manager Position summary The Production Line Associate is responsible for helping meet daily production goals efficiently and safely by following all SOPs. The Production Associate interacts with co-workers; is accountable for maintaining the production area and providing support for co-workers. Essential Job Functions Operate packaging lines and, or support roles to meet production schedule. Monitors that packaging is compliant with product specification. Accurately complete all necessary documentation throughout production runs. Document when cleaning SOPs are complete. Competencies

Accurate and legible handwriting Keep multiple areas organized. Reliable and able to work independently. Ability to work in a fast paced constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and follow GMP's, Food safety, HACCP, and FDA requirements.
  • Compliance with SOV's Safety, Food Safety, Quality systems, SOP's, GMP's and policies.
  • Provide coverage if needed to support team members. Other activities as assigned. Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to constantly lift (30 -70 lbs.
), walk, bend, stretch, stand, reach, talk and hear during the entire shift. Frequently kneel, squat, stoop, twist and reach overhead with repetitive motions. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and visual acuity to operate equipment. Ability to work in changing temperatures.

From $21.00 per hour
