Summary:
The Bottling Production Operator uses automated equipment to fill, and package finished liquid product, according to product specifications, and places product into final secondary package. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operates and controls bottling machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors, to ensure efficient and accurate production. Monitors production output to maintain product quality standards. Conducts routine quality checks and inspections to identify and address any deviations. Monitors quality standards/specifications set by the quality manager and notifies lead/management of any related issues. Reports any deviations/issues with lead/management. Sees bottling production through including packing the final product per company standards/requirements. Manages products counts and report to management as requested. Adheres to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Performs basic maintenance and cleaning tasks on bottling equipment to ensure its optimal performance. Reports any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team. Ensures company procedures are followed for the weekly bottling preventative maintenance & cleaning documentation. Signs off on any required checklists/documentation per company procedures for weekly work completed. Collaborates with other team members, including maintenance technicians, quality control personnel, and production supervisors, to achieve production goals and resolve operational issues. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. Works in tandem as required with management on job functions, questions, issues, or concerns with production procedures with Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technicians. Attends all company meetings, and trainings as required by the company.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and emails/memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
