Job Description
As a Production Assistant, you will help craft high-quality cannabis products in a fast paced, compliant cannabis manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and kitchen skills are a must for this position. This is a physical job which requires standing, lifting and bending throughout the workday. Duties include assisting with daily gummy manufacturing, labelling and packing a variety of products, cleaning workspaces, floors and dishes. For those with the desire to grow, there are opportunities to assist with formulation and measurements, as well as developing new products. Full-time work schedule is M-F, 8am
- 5pm (40 hours+). Job Requirements
- Foodservice / manufacturing experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new tasks
- Ability to work quickly and effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate Prior cannabis experience is not required. Onsite consumption of cannabis is against state rules and is not allowed at our facility. Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years old and must complete cannabis employee ID card application with the State of VT. This includes a state and FBI criminal background check with fingerprints
- Ability to lift to 25
- 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
- References and complete employment history/resume are required
