Wage Range:
$19 - $21hr Pending Experience + $1.50 night shift differential. Must be able to work graveyard shift from 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule but training will be on days from 7am-7pm for the first few weeks! Outstanding 2-2-3 Schedule gives you MORE Days off Full Time 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 schedule Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment Monitor product quality and assist with inspections Package and label finished materials Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow Perform other production support tasks as assigned Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes Strong commitment to prioritizing safety in all work activities Strong attention to quality Ability to work in a team-based production environment Reliable attendance and work ethic Willingness to work day or night shift as needed Must be able to work graveyard shift from 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule but training will be on days from 7am-7pm for the first few weeks! Great attendance! Great attention to deal. Able to run specific jobs within prescribed times and meet all Safety, Quality, and Operational standards. Work in a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, dollies, forklift, hand tools, safety knives, packaging equipment, pallet jacks and standard safety equipment. Utilize resource materials including production schedule and standardized forms/paperwork. Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
