Job Description

About Us Thermaline is a growing stainless steel fabrication shop building high-quality heat exchangers and sanitary components for the food, beverage, bio/pharmaceutical, and industrial markets. Position Summary The Production Associate is an entry-level role designed to support our production team across multiple stations on the shop floor. New team members will rotate through different areas — including material handling, quality control support, packaging and shipping, cleaning, and polishing — to learn the full production process and help us identify where each person can thrive. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing, learn new skills, and grow with a fast-moving team. We have multiple openings available. Key Responsibilities Support the Material Handler with receiving, inventory, and parts tracking tasks. Assist Quality Control with basic inspection support, part labeling, and traceability documentation. Clean, polish, and prep parts to meet quality standards prior to packaging. Package finished parts to order, including labeling, protection, and preparation for shipment. Help with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, and staging materials. Perform general shop tasks such as material movement, organization, sweeping, and keeping work areas clean and safe. Rotate through different stations as needed to support production and learn the full workflow. Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and direction from team leads. What We're Looking For Reliable, on-time, and ready to put in a solid day's work. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Open to rotating between job stations to find the right fit. No prior experience required — we'll train the right person. Experience in a shop, warehouse, or hands-on work environment is a plus. Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus. Experience with inventory management, shipping, or receiving is a plus. Curiosity about manufacturing or an interest in learning how things are built is a plus. What We Offer Paid on-the-job training across multiple production stations. Opportunities for advancement as you grow with the team. Four 10-hour shifts per week (three-day weekends) or Five 8-hour shifts per week.
