Job Description Overview:

We are a staffing company partnering with multiple manufacturing companies in Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam Counties seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support day-to-day manufacturing opportunities.

JOB DUTIES

May include but not limited to the following:

• Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned
• Assemble, package, inspect, and/or label products according to quality standards
• Monitor production processes and report issues or defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures
• Meet production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand/sit/squat/kneel/bend for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Reliable transportation
