Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our talented team. In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output for a variety of large-format projects. Your expertise in printing techniques, color management, and graphic design will be essential to delivering outstanding results that meet client specifications and deadlines. Duties Operate and maintain wide format printers, including flexo presses and CNC machinery, to produce high-quality prints. Prepare digital files using prepress techniques, ensuring proper layout, typography, and color accuracy with Adobe Creative Suite tools. Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure consistent print output across different media. Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct any issues related to print quality or alignment. Assist in layout design and graphic adjustments for print advertising materials, ensuring designs meet client expectations. Use forklifts or other material handling equipment to move large rolls of media or finished products safely within the production area. Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment and machinery to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Qualifications Proven experience with screen printing, flexo press operation, CNC machining or related manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management systems, and layout design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing print-ready files. Familiarity with quality control standards specific to large-format printing and manufacturing environments. Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment safely; certification is a plus. Understanding of typography, print advertising standards, and technical specifications for various media types. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
