Print Shop Production Associate

Do you like working with your hands and being part of a production process? If so, consider joining our team. We have been printing in Bellevue for over 25 years and specialize in wedding stationery and high-end commercial printing. We are hiring for a production team role—no prior experience required. We provide paid, on-the-job training. This position can be full-time or part-time and is in-person only. What You'll Do Cut paper using electric cutters, digital die cutters, and slitter-cutter-creasers Shrink wrap paper and envelopes Operate bindery equipment (spiral binding machines, folders, gluers) Box and ship finished orders Track material usage in our inventory system Manage inventory What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Treats materials, equipment, and finished work with a high level of care and accountability Problem-solving mindset Positive, reliable attitude Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to work in a sometimes noisy environment (hearing protection provided) Holds a high standard for quality and takes responsibility for their work Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Basic familiarity with a Windows PC Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with vector design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, CorelDRAW) Prior experience in a print shop or production environment Benefits 401(k) with matching (full-time and part-time) Paid vacation (full-time only) Medical and dental insurance (full-time only) Additional Details Convenient Bellevue location near light rail and bus lines, with free parking ESL applicants are welcome How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter through Indeed.
