As a fast-growing company in the food manufacturing space, we are committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our production and warehouse operations. Role Overview As a Food Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate, you will support daily production, packaging, and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on and integral to maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards. You will also gain exposure to operating packing equipment and supporting broader plant operations. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production, assembly, and packaging of food products
- Operate and support production equipment (mixers, conveyors, packaging machines)
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in line with GMP standards
- Accurately complete production and inventory documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred
- Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) required
- Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods) What We Offer
