We're looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our production and warehouse operations. Role Overview As a Food Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate, you will support daily production, packaging, and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on and integral to maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards. You will also gain exposure to operating packing equipment and supporting broader plant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production, assembly, and packaging of food products
• Operate and support production equipment (mixers, conveyors, packaging machines)
• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in line with GMP standards
• Accurately complete production and inventory documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred
• Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) required
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods) What We Offer
