Job Overview We are hiring Production Associates for both day and night shifts. This is a fast?paced, hands?on role in the Press Department, supporting the front and back end of production.
You will:
Load materials into production equipment Monitor production flow and ensure accuracy Measure, inspect, and verify product quality Band, package, and prepare wood stacks for shipment Communicate with team members via 2?way radio Maintain a clean, safe work environment What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to Burlington Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast?paced, warm environment (industrial fans & AC provided) Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus Interest in long?term employment and advancement opportunities Benefits After Permanent Hire 8 paid holidays 10 vacation days after 1 year Medical, dental, and vision (family coverage available) 401(k) with 4% match + quarterly profit sharing
