Job Description

Assembling Team Lead Location:
Everson, WA Job Type:
Full-Time Pay:
$24-$25 per hour based on experience. Pay increase adjustment after 90 days performance review.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. No weekends. Overtime as needed. Job Summary We are currently hiring a Team Lead for our assembling process. This position is responsible for leading daily assembling activities, supporting team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or assembly experience and leadership skills Responsibilities Lead and support assembly team members during daily operations Maintain and improve communication flow with management and assembly teams Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to maintain timelines and avoid bottlenecks Train employees on assembly procedures and safety standards Enforce safety policies and proper use of PPE Perform quality inspections and resolve assembling issues Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schedules, and assembly instructions Track team productivity, output, and efficiency through documents and company forms Ensure production targets and deadlines are met Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Previous leadership or team lead experience is highly preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to calculate production totals and percentages Comfortable using measurements and conversions Ability to maintain accurate counts and records Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to work around machinery and production equipment Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule Paid time off Holidays pay Candidates meeting all requirements may apply via Indeed or email their resume to jsalazar@swiftcreekfarmsinc.com.
