Production Associate

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our production team. This role plays a critical part in the preparation, processing, packaging, and inspection of meat products. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ( $18.00/hour )

Swing Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ( $19.00/hour ) Key Responsibilities Handle raw materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, cutting, stuffing, weighing, labeling, boxing, and palletizing Load and unload products onto racks, carts, and conveyors Move products between temperature-controlled areas Prepare items for vacuum processing and packaging Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Follow all food safety regulations (HACCP, USDA, FDA guidelines) Assist with sanitation processes as needed Accurately record production data (counts, weights, etc.) Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Qualifications Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to work in cold and/or hot environments handling meat products Required to wear appropriate PPE depending on department Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Perform repetitive tasks and stand/walk for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required Apply Today If you're looking for a stable, hands-on role in food production, apply now to join our team!
