Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $26.00 - $31.25 per hour , depending on experience Full-time, stable employment Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K Position Summary The Production & Finishing Specialist plays a key role in the manufacturing and finishing of premium hardwood products. This position supports multiple areas of production, including sanding, staining, spraying, finishing, color matching, packaging, shipping preparation, inventory support, and quality control. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in attention to detail, and can maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred Woodworking, staining, spraying, or finishing experience is a plus Color matching or color theory experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good verbal communication skills Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Experience with shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations is beneficial Ability to safely operate equipment and power tools What You'll Do Sand, stain, spray, and finish hardwood products Mix pigments and dyes to achieve precise color matches Pull, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with inventory, stocking, and warehouse activities Operate production equipment and power tools safely Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed Ready to Apply?
