Winder Kitter Operator - Weekend PM

Winder/Kitter// Fresher or Experienced//Pay- 22$/h Job Description A Winder/Kitter is responsible for operating equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins), then to cut the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material for use as face sheet plies of honeycomb sandwich panels. Responsibilities Operate equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg. Cut the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material. Follow production work order steps to formulate each product. Perform in-process quality checks. Report to the Winder Production Supervisor. Essential Skills Experience in Production, Assembly, Kitting, Machine operation, and Manufacturing. Proficiency in Machine Operating, Mechanical tasks, math, and the use of hand and power tools. Ability to use measuring tools effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of relevant, steady work history is preferred, especially in manufacturing. Proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing. Good basic math skills. Legible handwriting/printing. Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean manufacturing facility with weekend night shifts from Friday to Sunday/Monday 4pm-4am or day shifts from 4am-4pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
