• About the Role
• We're looking for a dependable and adaptable
• Production Associate
• to provide cross‑department support in a fast‑paced precision manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team setting, and can pivot quickly as production priorities change. You'll play a key role in maintaining workflow continuity by supporting multiple departments, covering absences, and ensuring critical parts and materials move where they're needed—on time and to quality standards.

• What You'll Do
• + Provide coverage for team members during vacations, sick leave, or unexpected absences + Flex between departments based on daily production needs and workload demands + Support areas including
• Shipping, Receiving, Parts, Stores, and Outside Processing (OSP)
• + Transport priority or time‑sensitive parts to and from local vendors + Coordinate deliveries based on production schedules and communicate status updates clearly + Ensure all tasks comply with company quality, safety, and cleanliness standards + Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts + Maintain accurate handling of parts, paperwork, and inventory flow + Communicate regularly with supervisors to align on assignments and changing priorities + Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external vendors •What We're Looking For•+ Experience in a •manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment•(preferred) + Ability to learn and perform multiple functions across departments + Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset + Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or in a group + Able to lift up to •50 lbs•and stand or walk for extended periods + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record + •25+ years of age•(required for driving duties) •Nice to Have•+ Shipping & receiving or inventory control experience + Familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanners + Prior experience handling materials or operating warehouse equipment •Why You'll Like Working Here•+ Family‑owned aerospace precision machining company—stable and people‑focused + Friendly, team‑oriented culture (not a big‑corporate environment) + •4/10 work schedule•for better work‑life balance + Competitive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Paid sick time and

• Work Environment
• This role moves between office, warehouse, and manufacturing settings. You'll occasionally assist with packaging or part prep and may interact with vendors or delivery drivers. The job involves standing, lifting, and coordinating closely with production, engineering, and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, WA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
