Job Title:
Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker with experience in machine operation capable of lifting 40-50 lbs and standing for 10 hours a day. A strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read a measuring tape are essential. Reliable transportation and steel or composite toe shoes are required. Responsibilities Operate machinery efficiently and safely. Lift and move materials weighing 40-50 lbs. Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day. Read and interpret measurements accurately using a measuring tape. Participate in a two-week training program on the current shift (Monday
  • Thursday, 5 pm
  • 3 am), then transition to the designated shift (Thursday
  • Sunday, 5 pm
  • 3 am) for 9 of the 10 positions.
For 1 of the 10 positions, continue on the training shift post-training. Maintain a safe and organized production floor. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer interaction when necessary. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation and production work. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long hours. Proficiency in reading measuring tapes. Mechanical knowledge and understanding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift operation experience.   • $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
