https://talentassistant.aerotek.com/assistant/bookings/K6rJC1kF  Job Description This role supports a high quality production environment by preparing parts for painting and ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will work Sunday through Thursday from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, performing repetitive, detail focused tasks such as masking, taping, sanding, and inspecting parts used in aerospace related applications. The position requires consistent standing, careful handling of high value components, and the ability to follow work orders accurately while working closely with a team. Responsibilities Work the 3rd shift schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM Stand for 6 to 8 hours while performing repetitive production tasks Handle all parts carefully with no tossing, throwing, or dropping Prepare parts for painting through taping, masking, and sanding Read and follow work orders accurately and on time Inspect parts visually to identify defects before and after processing Use basic hand tools safely for masking and sanding Apply basic math for counts, measurements, and quantities Maintain attention to detail throughout repetitive tasks Communicate clearly in a noisy production environment Follow all safety guidelines around paint booths, chemicals, and equipment Keep the work area clean and organized Essential Skills Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail when handling high value parts Ability to perform basic math operations Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor Ability to read and follow work orders Comfort using hand tools for masking, sanding, and inspection Effective teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM Ability to work safely around noise, paint fumes, and open chemical bins Reliability in meeting quality and safety expectations Additional Skills and Qualifications Experience with masking, sanding, or paint preparation Experience in aerospace production or inspection Experience handling high value components Familiarity with inspection practices in manufacturing Comfort working in a fast paced, team oriented environment Why Work Here This position offers a stable, growth oriented production environment with clear shift structures and the opportunity to convert to a permanent role.
