We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who not only brings creative ideas to life but is also motivated to learn the full wrap production process. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to grow into a key production role.

Responsibilities Graphic Design & Pre-Production:

Design custom vehicle wraps, spot graphics, decals, and signage tailored to client needs. Prepare wrap files for large-format printing, ensuring correct scaling, paneling, bleed, and resolution. Work with and create templates using measurements to create accurate layouts for cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and specialty vehicles. Collaborate with the Petty Wraps team and clients to refine design concepts and provide mockups/proofs. Maintain organized design files and project documentation.

Production & Learning Development:

Assist in print preparation, including color management, vinyl panel setup, and print queue management. Learn the hands-on aspects of vinyl production: printing, trimming, weeding, laminating, and preparing graphics for installation. Support the Petty Wraps team with wrap prep, installation assistance, and finishing tasks. Ensure high standards of quality control in both design and production phases. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software. Experience designing for large-format printing, signage, or vehicle wraps (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail with an eye for composition, scale, and color. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to client feedback. Willingness to learn the technical side of wrap production and grow into a production lead role. Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Experience with RIP software (Flexi) Knowledge of vinyl types, wrap films, or print materials. Hands-on experience with print equipment or vinyl application.
