Job OverviewBlaze Barrier is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will work on a production line assembling, inspecting, and packaging Blaze Barrier products while ensuring they meet strict quality and safety standards. Responsible for following safety procedures, reading instructions, maintaining equipment, and meeting production quotas efficiently. Key skills include manual dexterity, attention to detail, and stamina. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a team-oriented production environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssembly:

Assembling, fastening, and installing components to build finished products.

Workflow Efficiency:

Working at a steady pace to meet production reports and, if necessary, operating, loading, and unloading machinery.

Quality Control:

Inspecting parts and completed products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.

Safety & Maintenance:

Following all safety regulations (PPE) and keeping work areas clean.

RequirementsPhysical Stamina:

Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Reliability:

Punctuality and the ability to work assigned shifts.

Manual Dexterity:

Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small parts or tools.
