WEEKEND Quality Control & Printing Production Assistant Sweet Swiss Confections - 3.3 Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time $20 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Teamwork Food processing plant Attention to detail Manufacturing Screen printing Full Job Description We are looking for a versatile WEEKEND Quality Control & Printing Production Assistant to support multiple areas of our chocolate and transfer sheet manufacturing process. This role includes printing support (initial QC), chocolate packing (final QC), and general kitchen assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to move between tasks as production needs shift. If the application questions are not completed, your application will not be reviewed. Schedule Full-time, permanent position, with overtime availability
Permanent Shift:
Friday - Sunday, 5:30 AM-7:30 PM Not required, but a plus: Flexibility to work day shift M-Th, 6:30 AM-5:00
PM Duties Screen Printing Support:
Assist with screen printing production and perform initial visual QC for alignment, clarity, and color accuracy.
Chocolate Production Support:
Pack finished chocolates with care, conduct final QC checks, and ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
Kitchen & Utility Assistance:
Help with dishwashing, equipment cleanup, and general support for the chocolate line and additional production tasks. Qualifications Attention to
Detail:
Ability to visually inspect products, follow SOPs, and maintain consistent quality standards.
Production Experience Preferred:
Prior experience in food manufacturing, printing, or kitchen work is helpful but not required.
Teamwork & Flexibility:
Able to shift between tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and follow food safety and sanitation practices. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience PTO (Paid Time Off) and accrued sick time Paid holidays after probationary period Opportunity for growth and increased compensation with each production position mastered Work Environment Hands-on production environment with a mix of screen printing, chocolate packing, and kitchen tasks Must be comfortable standing for 13 hour periods, lifting up to 30-40 lbs occasionally, and working in a fast-paced space Temperature in production areas may vary (warm printing area, cooler packing room, etc.) Ideal Candidate Traits Reliable and punctual — thrives in a set weekly schedule Enjoys consistency in production positions and can easily switch between various tasks Takes pride in quality, precision, and exceptional work Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes We are located out behind the Spokane International Airport. Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
