This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for producing polished, accurate, and professional financial statements, reports, and client correspondence across a wide range of industries. Candidates with prior experience in public accounting or professional services will receive priority consideration. In addition to document production, this position provides administrative support across the firm, including serving as back‑up receptionist when needed. Responsibilities Financial statement production — Prepare, format, and finalize financial statements, valuation reports, litigation support documents, and other client deliverables with a high degree of accuracy. Advanced Word and Excel support — Create, edit, and maintain complex documents, templates, tables, and spreadsheets. Clerical and administrative support — Assist team members with document preparation, proofreading, data entry, and general administrative tasks. Quality control review — Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and compliance with firm standards. Cross‑department support — Provide assistance to accountants, managers, and partners as needed. Continuous skill development — Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of firm templates, software tools, and best practices. Requirements Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with CCH Engagement or similar document management/workpaper systems (preferred) Understanding of financial statements and strong proofreading skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong numerical aptitude Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines High school diploma required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred Prior experience in public accounting or professional services strongly preferred High school degree and Associate's degree or relevant certification desired
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
