This Production Associate opportunity with a company that produces bagged ice for grocery stores could be a great fit. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position working in a small, team-oriented environment where you'll help ensure quality ice products are packaged and ready for distribution. As demand increases during warmer months, there is strong potential for overtime and higher earnings. You'll also have opportunities to learn multiple roles and build new skills.

Production Associate Duties:

Monitor machines, materials, and finished products to ensure smooth production flow Inspect products for quality and follow all food safety handling procedures Record daily production logs, including packaged bags and waste Check date codes for accuracy and readability Operating forklift 10-15% of your day Perform general warehouse cleanup, including stacking pallets and sweeping

Schedule:

Day Shift Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Overtime as needed on

Saturdays and Mondays Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Production Associate Requirements:

At least 1 year of recent warehouse or production experience At least 1 year of forklift operating experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Comfortable working in a freezer environment for part of the shift Able to work well in a small team environment
