We have multiple full-time Paint Shop Loader/Unloader openings with a leading heater manufacturer in Vancouver, WA! In this role, you'll be an essential part of the paint team—loading, unloading, and moving heater components through the production process. This company produces top-quality products shipped to major home improvement retailers across the country, and they're growing fast! No experience? No problem. Full training provided! This is a great opportunity for anyone coming from a warehouse, construction, or other physically active roles.

Paint Shop Loader/Unloader Job Duties:

Load heater components onto the paint line using the Kanban system Unload painted parts and place them into designated baskets or carts Wash and prep hooks used to hang parts (includes using an oven) Move parts in and out of the paint area as needed Assist with weekly cleaning and paint changes You'll love this role if you: Like staying active and working with your hands Are detail-oriented and reliable Enjoy being part of a supportive, team-driven environment

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Pay:

$18.50/hour

Requirements:

Worked for 6 months at the same employer within the last 3 months Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
