Full Job Description Production Associate Duties:

• Operate packaging equipment including lifting and stacking 50lb bags
• this is a physically demanding position
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a food grade warehouse or production environment is preferred
• Familiarity with filling equipment and forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
