As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement, empowering and inspiring you to grow with us. Responsibilities Package, seal, and label cheese products, ensuring package integrity Operate machinery and equipment for cheese production Ensure accurate labels and weights of products Follow safety policies and procedures Meet production quota standards Clean and sanitize work area and equipment Document production information and maintain inventory records Move and stack completed packages for loading Report any issues to the supervisor Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to follow procedures and work instructions Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Company paid Life insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation time after 90 days of employment Holiday Pay Employee discount and Incentive Program Wellness Program and Referral program Offered compensation: $17/hr
