Antigo, Wisconsin Production Assistant (Entry-Level / Growth Opportunity) Overview Step in and help keep production moving smoothly. As a Production Assistant, you'll support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment—assisting with setup, preparing materials, coordinating routine tasks, and helping the team meet quality and productivity goals. If you're detail-focused, dependable, and ready to learn from hands-on experience, this role is a great place to build real operational skills. Required Skills Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude Basic comfort with physical, hands-on work in a production environment Good communication skills (verbal and/or written) to coordinate with team members Nice to Have Skills Prior experience supporting production, warehouse, or manufacturing workflows Familiarity with basic production tools, equipment, or workflows Experience working in a team environment with shifting priorities Comfort with checking work for accuracy and consistency Preferred Education and Experience
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Some exposure to a production, warehouse, or operations setting is preferred, but not required (entry-level candidates are welcome where applicable) Work Schedule

1st
Shift:
6:00am-2:30pm 2nd
Shift:
2:30pm-11:00pm
Wage:
