About Us CBC Coating is located in Appleton, Wisconsin, an area strongly rooted in the paper industry. The company was originally founded in 1978 as a subsidiary of Riverside Paper Corporation, and is named after Charles B. (C.B.) Clark, son of one of the founders of Kimberly-Clark. Today, CBC Coating is a third generation, family-owned company. CBC Coating has been delivering quality, innovative specialty coated products for more than 40 years. Our capabilities include the development of custom, water-based coating formulations, along with the application of coatings to just about any substrate that's on a roll. What you will do as a manufacturing associate We are currently seeking full time direct hire manufacturing associates. CBC has open positions throughout the coating and converting process. Coating operators, color room technicians, rewinding and slitting helpers. Must provide proof of a solid work history. What we are looking for from you High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience withing the paper, coating, and converting industry a plus Ability to be on your feet for long duration's throughout your shift Ability to lift up to 50lbs Availability for rotating day/night shifts (Monday-Friday, alternating every other week) Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts as needed Strong ability to work independently Ability to pass a drug screening What we can offer Above average wages Above average health care package including vision and dental 401K with employer match Union shop floor
