Assembler Job Description We are seeking an Assembler to join our team and connect water softener parts to build a final water softener unit. This role requires ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will work with a small, laid-back crew of 5-7 people, and rotate tasks daily throughout the week. Responsibilities Assemble water softener parts according to schematics and instructions. Ensure all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards. Lift and maneuver products weighing up to 50 pounds. Collaborate with a small team to complete daily assembly tasks. Follow written and verbal instructions precisely. Essential Skills Great manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics. Attention to detail. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift operation experience. Inventory and shipping experience. Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire. Good attitude and team player. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
