Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our facility by operating complex process equipment to create high-quality products. You will ensure operational excellence by adhering to strict safety and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive our production efficiency. Responsibilities Execute daily production tasks including ingredient blending, equipment operation, and product packaging while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP and SOP guidelines. Monitor production output by performing in-process testing, utilizing microscopy for particle evaluation, and recording precise equipment readings. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Manufacturing Performance Reports (MPR) and logbooks, to ensure full traceability of every batch. Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues regarding process status, equipment performance, or any deviations to ensure seamless shift transitions. Support facility-wide continuous improvement activities to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational productivity. Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to manage inventory and production supplies. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proven ability to follow technical instructions and maintain accurate production records. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance protocols. Preferred Skills Technical degree in process technology or a related field. Active forklift certification or documented experience with heavy material handling. Prior experience with food safety standards or regulated manufacturing environments.
