PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operate, set-up, and trouble shoot machine(s) and department equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications. Hang, paint and spray paint components according to design requirements. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications. Complete accurate paperwork per workstation in a timely manner. Package and assemble completed products timely and accurately for transport to the customer. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure a clean and safe work area. Apply all safety, quality, and other plant processes and procedures to the products. Keep work area safe and clean (5S- Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and or exceeds customer expectations. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

In terms of a normal workday: Continuously (up to 100%), Frequently (up to 66%), Occasionally (up to 33%), Continuously standing or walking for 10-hour shift.
