Job Description
GVS Filtration is a leading provider of light duty automotive and industrial filtration solutions serving original equipment manufacturer customers in the automotive, industrial equipment, materials handling, lawn and garden, agricultural and motorcycle industries at our Bloomer facility. GVS Group operates from 26 different locations in 22 countries around the globe. The group brings together 2300 employees and provides filtration products in the Health Care, Automotive, Life Science, Personal Protection, HVAC, Appliance, Outdoor Power equipment, Powersport and Commercial Vehicle Markets. GVS Filtration is currently recruiting for the following positions at our Bloomer, WI plant: Production Associates -First Shift Entry-Level Production Associates are responsible for assembling filters from start to finish by spot welding, gluing, inspecting and packaging among other basic tasks. Operators are expected to produce quality products and components to meet customer requirements and production timing. The operator must be able to skillfully operate equipment, work in a team environment, and participate as necessary in process improvement activities. Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma/GED is required. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not a requirement.
