Job Description

Production of high quality cheeses that starts with all personnel having an important role throughout the workweek. Prior experience in the dairy industry is preferred, especially in manufacturing. All personnel will be trained on a monthly and yearly basis. Knowledge of GMP's is desired. Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Training will be provided for proper preparation and packaging of the cheese. Assist with product storage and cleanup of all equipment. Record, monitor, seal and box the product manually. Must be team player. (30-40 hrs./wk.)
