4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Machine Operator for a company in Delavan, WI. This is temporary opportunity. Production Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate plastic injection molding machine to produce pails and lids
• Assemble and pack pails or lids
• Install handles, triggers, and other components
• Apply silicone to lids by hand
• Operate a stamper to apply labels to pails
• Use a tape gun to make boxes for lids
• Complete required paperwork for production numbers and rejects
• Operate grinder to regrind material handling from injection molding, including rejected parts, runners, and sprues
• Operate a pallet jack to help move pallets
• Inspect pieces for any defects
• Rotate workstations throughout the shift to ensure efficient production
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Production Machine Operator Requirements:

• Ability to rotate between sitting and standing depending on the machine and product
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 80% of the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and eye movements
• Ability to twist and turn frequently (approximately 60% of the shift)
• Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced production environment
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Detail-oriented and organized
• High school or equivalent required Responsabilidades generales:

Requisitos:
