This is a 3rd shift position working Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am. What You'll Be Doing Lead the team — setting clear direction so tasks get done safely and correctly. Organize work and schedules in a smart way so the team's time and resources are used well. Safety and Loss Control:

keep things safe, enforce safety rules, help with incident investigations, and make sure fixes actually happen. Make sure that what we produce meets the standards — follow quality control and inspection procedures so internal and external customers are happy. What We're Looking For You're organized, communicate well, and you like solving problems. Comfortable interacting with folks at all levels — from team members to supervisors.

Strong with computers:

you use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word like a pro. Good written and verbal skills — you express yourself clearly and can explain things so people understand.
