$15.00-$20.00/hr (Based on experience and position) JTS Direct is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join their growing production team. Opportunities are available in Bindery, Press Operations, Shipping, Roll Tender, and General Production roles. Whether you're looking for an entry-level opportunity or have previous manufacturing experience, JTS offers room for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Operate production and printing equipment safely and efficiently Verify quantities and quality of finished products Sort, package, label, and prepare products for shipment Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with material handling and machine setup as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Basic math and computer skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
