$18.00/hr | Temp-to-Hire Adecco is hiring Production Specialists for a manufacturing client that produces scales, sensors, and indicators. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to support two key areas: Physical Assembly and Precision Soldering. Depending on your experience and strengths, you may be placed in a hands-on assembly role or a precision soldering role using microscopes. Both positions require reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written work instructions in a fast-paced production environment. Location:
Fort Atkinson, WI Summer hours (June 1 - September 4): Monday-Friday, early daytime schedule After summer, Fridays return to a 2:30 PM end time Full-time, steady hours in a manufacturing setting Key Responsibilities Read and follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions Assembleponents related to scales, sensors, and indicators Operate production equipment and hand tools (drills, crimpers, soldering tools, wiring machines, etc.) Perform quality checks using gauges and test equipment Maintain accurate documentation and report quality or material issues Keep work area stocked andanized Role-Specific Work
Physical Assembly:
Repetitive assembly work, frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods
Precision Soldering:
Microscope-based soldering of fine wires andponents requiring steady hands and strong focus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or soldering experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable work history and consistent attendance Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Interested? Pay Details:
