Job Description
Job Title:
Operator, Production- 2nd
Shift Location:
Germantown, WI As a Production Operator , you will fulfill the standard role of formulation of product within a process environment. This role will learn good manufacturing practices and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. The Production Operator will also set up, and control processes, i.e., blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration. The 2nd shift operating hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM.Your Key Responsibilities:
Displays and promotes positive safety behaviors at all times, uses proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures that ensure self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate to highest safety levels, that all people in area (maintenance, quality, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with safety directives and keep area neat and clean. Aware of and follows all DSM Life Saving Rules. Acts in such a way that safety awareness and accident prevention are considered in performing all tasks. Works to SHE standards and encourages fellow colleagues to work to the same standards. Maintains area of responsibility in a clean and safe manner. Promptly cleans up work area.We Offer:

You Bring:
High School Diploma/GED Must be 18 years old to work in a plant job. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. as needed throughout the shift. Basic computer skills At least one year production or food service experience preferred. The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. The hourly pay rate is $24.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
