Line Leader-Production

ProSolutions exists to deliver excellent contract packaging and mail order fulfillment services and solutions to its customers. We do our work within the context of Curative Connections' nonprofit mission and services to people throughout Northeast Wisconsin. This position is responsible for directing the daily operations of their assigned production area(s) including: ​Setting up and operating production lines and related equipment in their assigned area(s) and making sure they are functioning correctly Developing, directing and training subordinate production workers in their daily job responsibilities Reporting needed repairs of machines and related equipment to the maintenance department, Department Leader and/or Team Leader Ensuring that production standards, quality standards and performance targets are being met both ProSolutions and customer specifications. Working on the line as required to meet production requirements. Have an ability to recognize a need for work adaptations and make recommendations.

Hours:

First Shift, 6am-2pm Holiday pay, PTO, 401(k) company match, health, dental and vision insurance
