General Production Worker

Job Title:

Production Worker Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications Perform quality checks using basic measuring tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies Meet daily production goals and performance standards Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed Report any equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to [25-50 lbs] Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work overtime as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
