This is a potential to hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift. A Production Team Member is expected to show a dedicated effort to their team in their attendance, attitude, safety, working as a team, in showing cooperative efforts involving change and continuous improvement initiatives, and in producing and verifying that quality product is made.

Production Team Member Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Process Instructions (SPI), work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure that parts are produced/processed to required specifications
• Perform initial inspection to be finally inspected prior to shipment by company personnel for defects or imperfections
• Verify weights and measurements of parts
• Record data into computer systems
• Sort parts into bins that are needed
• Load and unload parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units
• Coin and dip parts to prevent parts from rusting in rust preventative liquid
• Package parts based on specifications
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain clean and tidy work environment
• Complete training requirements as specified within the levels program Requirements for

Production Team Member:

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to occasionally sit and stoop
• Must be able to regularly use hands and fingers and handle or feel parts
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hr. shift, move from area to area, and reach with hands and arms
• Must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
