Sign-On Bonus:

$3,000 Key Responsibilities Operate assigned draw press machines according to production schedules and work instructions. Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles to ensure proper operation. Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards. Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance. Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
