You fine-tune color, registration, and resolution, then kick off the day's queued jobs. As runs progress, you watch for banding, color drift, or artifacts, making precise adjustments to keep every print crisp. You log materials and settings, coordinate with design and production teammates to confirm specs, and perform quick maintenance so the next job starts clean and on time. What you'll do Set up and operate digital printing presses for a wide range of printed materials. Monitor output quality continuously; calibrate and adjust as needed for top-tier results. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on digital print equipment. Collaborate closely with design and production teams to meet job specifications and deadlines. Document production runs, materials used, press settings, and any issues encountered. Follow safety procedures and uphold quality standards at every stage. What you'll bring 3-6+ months of machine operator experience preferred; prior digital press work is a plus but not required. Exceptional attention to detail with pride in producing clean, accurate output. Problem-solver who can diagnose and correct print and equipment issues. Team-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
