Madison, WI Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday
  • Thursday, 5:30 AM
  • 3:00 PM, and Friday, 5:30 AM
  • 9:30 AM Start Your Manufacturing Career We are hiring dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our electronics manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a clean, fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment including SMT, AOI, Wave Solder, and Coating machines Set up, run, and tear down production jobs Follow work instructions and production schedules Monitor machines and identify quality concerns Verify parts and materials used during production Complete daily production logs and checklists Assist Automation Technicians and production team members as needed Perform routine cleaning and basic machine upkeep Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality procedures at all times What We're Looking For Manufacturing, machine operating, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working around machinery in a production environment Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience with SMT, AOI, coating, or wave solder equipment is a plus Experience using Microsoft Excel or Word preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands for repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Ability to work with small electronic components and distinguish fine details/colors Why Join Our Team?
