Production Support Associate Location:
Madison, WI Schedules:
1st: Monday
  • Thursday, 5:30 AM
  • 3:00 PM and Friday 5:30 AM
  • 9:30 AM 2nd: Monday
  • Thursday, 2:45 PM
  • 12:45 AM Join a Stable Manufacturing Team We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Support Associate to support production operations in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience who enjoys staying active and organized throughout the day. In this position, you will help keep production running smoothly by moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. What You'll Do Pick, stage, and replenish materials for production departments Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality Perform inventory transactions using ERP/computer systems Maintain accurate inventory tracking and organization Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices Complete cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy Safely operate material handling equipment Support shipping, receiving, and stockroom activities Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards Follow all safety and ESD procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and on a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and reliable attendance Experience with ERP systems or QAD is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
